Map of Hungary is being created in collaboration with turistautak.hu. Datas covering areas of Hungary are licensed under a special license found at page http://turistautak.hu/documents.php?id=jogi (only in Hungarian).

Except the files under the "Downloads section", for which separate instructions apply, you are only allowed to view the content of this site. No other use is permitted.
Any download and use of files in the "Downloads section" implies your
agreement to the following terms:

1. The OpenMaps material is intended for the purpose of a travel aid. It is the user's responsibility to use it in a safe and prudent way, including the visual real-time verification of streets, roads, road-signs and directions as well as traffic conditions. OpenMaps rejects any and all liabilities for any loss, injury or damage, be it direct or indirect and regardless if OpenMaps was aware of the possibility of any such otential loss, injury or damage.
2. Your use of the OpenMaps material is limited to non-commercial activities (e.g., navigation on a leisure hiking). You may also use the material as an aid, indirectly supporting your business activity (e.g., as the driver of a transportation business).
3. Any use of OpenMaps for business purposes is explicitly forbidden. This includes, among others, selling the material or including it in commercial products or commercially operated WEB sites.
4. It is not the mission of OpenMaps to provide a substitute for commercial products. It is a community-created free mapping solution.

As our name suggests, we are here to supply map material or mapping solutions for non-commercial use. If you are interested in using our material in your own non-commercial products or services please contact us for a personalised licence.

Usage and ownership of uploaded track-logs
Upload track-log files only if you understand and agree with the following terms.
By uploading a track-log file:

1. you give us all rights to use it for creating maps and other material found on this site; redistribute the track-log file and all derivatives thereof in accordance with the terms of usage of OpenMaps;
2. you cannot revoke these rights once you uploaded the track
3. you retain the rights to use the file in any other way you wish
